Applications and policy changes
Submitting a form does not create insurance cover, bind an insurer, approve a loan or change a policy. BIAI reviews preliminary submissions and prepares or arranges official documentation for your review and signature. Insurer and lender requirements and acceptance apply.
Financial check-up
The financial check-up is free. A written report is optional and currently priced at BBD $50. Our team will explain any other applicable costs before you decide to proceed.
Reviews
Reviews describe individual experiences and do not guarantee a particular outcome. Historical Setmore reviews are attributed excerpts with source-date context. New submissions are reviewed before publication; please submit feedback about your own experience without private information.
Service scope
BIAI’s services focus on Barbados, including relevant enquiries from non-residents purchasing property in Barbados. Product availability, eligibility and approval depend on the provider and the circumstances.
