Money questions can be difficult to start talking about. A welcoming group session gives people a chance to learn, ask questions and see how the pieces fit together.
For business owners, HR teams and group organisers in Barbados, this is a simple way to make financial education part of caring for your people. No financial background is needed, and nobody needs to share personal finances with the group.
The focus is education, clarity and confidence. This is not a sales presentation. Any personal review or product discussion happens separately, by choice.
A taste of the questions we explore. We can discuss which topics matter most to your audience before the session.

Sessions provide general financial education, not personal financial or investment advice. Individual circumstances can be discussed privately in an optional consultation.

Expect an approachable, conversational presentation lasting approximately 40 minutes. We’ll agree the timing and space for questions when planning your session.
Need to accommodate shifts or different teams? We can discuss repeated time slots. A follow-up virtual session can also be arranged for people who cannot attend in person.
At the end, attendees can scan a QR code to book a free, private financial consultation with BIAI. It’s an invitation, with no obligation to book or buy.
About the individual consultationNo. Jamar offers the presentation free of charge. The host provides the agreed venue and infrastructure. Attendees may choose a separate individual consultation afterward, without obligation.
Workplaces are a natural fit, but churches, nonprofits and other organised groups are welcome to enquire. Tell us about your group and what you would like people to take away.
We can include an explanation of relevant benefits if you share the information in advance for review. We won’t assume what your scheme covers, and individual benefit questions may need a separate discussion.
Your organisation or group, approximate audience size, preferred dates, available space and equipment, and any topics you would particularly like covered. We’ll work through the details together.
Let’s discuss a session that fits your organisation. Start with an email to Jamar—there’s no need to have every detail worked out.
