Quotation and preliminary application links open externally hosted forms. We use Zoho Forms for our smart forms, Zoho Sign for electronic signatures and Zoho Bookings for consultations. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Information submitted through those services is handled through their systems and by BIAI for the purpose of responding to your request.
Reviews submitted here
This website stores your display name, rating, review text, submission date and moderation status. A hashed network identifier is stored for abuse prevention. Reviews are not published automatically. If approved, your name, rating, review and original submission date appear publicly.
Do not put policy numbers, financial account details, medical information or other sensitive information in a review. We do not require an email address to submit a review.

Contact info@blackmaninsure.com to ask about information you submitted or request correction or removal of a website review. Please identify the review without sending sensitive information.
Services and storage
The website is hosted on Sites, with website review and content data in its connected database. The site does not intentionally load advertising trackers. Third-party services may use their own cookies and privacy terms when you open them. Owner administration uses ChatGPT sign-in.
Before public launch
BIAI must confirm its retention periods, privacy contact process and the applicable terms for each connected service. This draft describes the implemented website; it is not a complete statement of BIAI’s organisation-wide data practices.
